Mobile Care Medical, LLC is a mobile clinic staffed by a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). FNP’s are clinicians trained to assess, diagnose, order and interpret diagnostic and laboratory tests. In addition to diagnosing and prescribing medications, we educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices.

Our nurse practitioner will travel to your home or office to provide the requested health care service.

We service the greater Milwaukee area.

Please have a private area where the assessment can be completed.

Covid-19 (PCR) & Influenza Ear Infections

Cough & Viral Illnesses Pink Eye (conjunctivitis) Minor Sprain/Strains and back pain

Rapid Covid-19 testing (results in 15mins) $25

PCR Covid-19 & Influenza testing (results ~48-72 hours) $50

Mobile Visit Services start at $85

- We are a cash-based service (we do not accept insurance)
